The best time to enjoy coffee at Mountain Brews Manali is without doubt during the early morning hours, when the mountain air is crisp and the snow-capped peaks catch the first golden light of day. Between 8 and 10 AM, you can sit by our large windows and watch the valley wake up while cradling a warm cappuccino.
Winter (November to February)
Winter brings a stillness to Manali that is deeply meditative. The snow blankets everything in white, and stepping into our warm café feels like entering a sanctuary. A hot chocolate or cinnamon latte at this time of year is pure comfort. Our fireplace corner fills up quickly on cold December mornings — we recommend arriving early.
Spring (March to May)
As the snow begins to melt and wildflowers push through the mountain slopes, spring coffee in Manali takes on a fresh, hopeful quality. Sit on our terrace with an americano and watch the valley slowly come back to life. The light is soft and golden, perfect for photographs.
Monsoon (June to September)
The monsoon brings dramatic cloud formations that roll in from the south and engulf the peaks in mist. Watching a storm roll over the Rohtang Pass from behind a rain-streaked window, coffee in hand, is one of life’s great pleasures. Autumn (October to November)
Autumn is perhaps the most photogenic season. The deciduous trees blaze orange and gold, and the air turns sharp and clear. A cold coffee or apple cinnamon cake paired with your favourite brew makes for a perfect autumn afternoon.
